Just a quick follow up on the post about training and the off season. Friend of mine reminded me about these clips. Just forget they are about women’s baseball. Think of this when it gets really hard this summer…….Love Jimmy Dugan (coach). He is one of my all-time favorites. The first clip pretty much sums it all up. The second two just make me laugh…..always.
